INGREDIENTS (Mango and Banana Split)
4 Perfection Fresh Little Gem Banana
2 Perfection Fresh Scarlet Delight Mango
Vanilla ice cream to serve
Whipped cream
INGREDIENTS (Chocolate Sauce)
200g milk chocolate, chopped
200ml cream
INGREDIENTS (Honeycomb)
350g caster sugar
110g glucose
50g Nature Nate’s Honey
50g water
10g bicarbonate of soda
METHOD:
Cut 2 Perfection Fresh Scarlet Delight Mango and Perfection Fresh Little Gem Banana into pieces, arrange in a bowl and set aside
Next prepare the chocolate sauce by bringing cream to the boil. Pour over the chocolate and mix well
For the honeycomb, bring sugar, glucose, Nature Nate’s honey and water to 155°C and whisk in the bi-carbonate soda
Place on a tray with baking paper and allow it to cool
Take the mango and banana split, top it with the chocolate sauce, cream, ice cream and shattered honeycomb pieces
