MINI PANCAKE CEREAL RECIPE

Baking Time: 8-10 mins
Total Time: 35 mins
1 whole egg
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Cups self-raising Flour
Devondale full cream milk
Devondale unsalted Butter
Blueberry Jam (optional)
GUIDE / INSTRUCTIONS
Add 1 whole egg, 1 cup of sugar, 2 cups of self-raising flour & Devondale full cream milk into the Kenwood food processor.
Mix until the batter becomes a nice thick texture.
Pur the batter in a Piping bag (any other plastic bag will also do the trick), cut a small hole to have optimal control over how much batter comes out.
Add a cube of butter into a heated pan, wait till butter melts and covers the pan evenly.
Now add the pancake batter in small circles in the pan, wait till you see small bubbles appear on the surface and flip the mini-pancakes.
Remove mini-pancakes from the pan when golden brown and into a bowl.
Add some more butter and blueberry jam on top to taste.
