Full Recipe in Details

  • 1 pack of Green’s Pancake Mix

  • 1 tsp active dry yeast

  • 250mL lukewarm water

  • Canola oil for frying

  • Green’s Maple Syrup

  • 1 punnet strawberries, quartered

  • ¼ cup natural pistachios, crushed

  •  Add yeast to pancake mix, then add approximately 250mL lukewarm

    water. Shake vigorously and set aside for approximately 20 mins.

  • Meanwhile heat the oil in a medium saucepan on medium heat.

  •  Drop dollops of dough in the oil and fry on each side until golden

    brown. Remove from oil with a slotted spoon and place in a bowl.

    Drizzle maple syrup and allow to soak.

  • To serve, place a few loukamades in a serving bowl, top with

    strawberries and crushed pistachios.
