1 head of Perfection Fresh Fioretta (cut into florets)
115g of Devondale Unsalted Butter
1 can of anchovy (chopped)
Place a cast-iron pan in the oven at 180°C to heat it up.
Steam the Fioretto 1-2 minutes.
Once heated, take the cast-iron pan out of the oven. Place olive oil and butter into the pan, stirring the anchovy in.
Toss the Fioretto in the mixture and place the cast-iron back into the oven at 180°C for 5-10 minutes.
