INGREDIENTS
250g Norco Butter
300ml (1 cup) Norco Thickened Cream
1⁄2 cup water
150g brown sugar
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
Norco Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Crushed biscuits of choice
METHOD:
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat
Stir in half a cup of water
Add brown sugar gradually, stirring it through to melt
Add thickened cream and continue stirring until mixed through
Allow to cool slightly then pour over a bowl of Norco Ice Cream
Sprinkle crushed biscuits of your choice over the top
