INGREDIENTS
  • 250g Norco Butter

  • 300ml (1 cup) Norco Thickened Cream

  • 1⁄2 cup water

  • 150g brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt

  • Norco Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

  • Crushed biscuits of choice

METHOD:
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat

  • Stir in half a cup of water

  • Add brown sugar gradually, stirring it through to melt

  • Add thickened cream and continue stirring until mixed through

  • Allow to cool slightly then pour over a bowl of Norco Ice Cream

  • Sprinkle crushed biscuits of your choice over the top
