Full Recipe in Details

  • Greens Savoury Scone Cheese & Chive mix 460g

  • 300g pesto

  • 200g Norco Shredded Parmesan

  • Norco Butter

  • Jam

  • Preheat oven to 200c (180c fan forced)

  • Line baking tray with baking paper

  • Place scone mix and water into a mixing bowl and mix with a wooden spoon until a sticky, soft dough has formed

  • Place dough onto a well-floured surface and rest for 5 minutes

  • 1 teaspoon of Sea Salt

  • Dust and roll out dough to 2cm thickness

  • Cut out 9 scones using a scone cutter, dipping the cutter into flour between cuts to prevent sticking

  • Create a well on top of each scone with your thumb and add pesto and Norco shredded Parmesan Cheese

  • Place onto a baking tray. Brush the tops and sides of the scones with Norco milk.

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown

  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring onto a cooling rack. Cut scones in half and spread jam onto warm scones.
