Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Norco Butter
  • 150g Norco Cream
  • 500g Norco Milk
  • 250g Grated Norco Natural Elbo Style Cheese
  • 200g Norco Shredded Parmesan
  • 100g Norco Tasty Shredded cheddar
  • 350g spiral or short pasta
  • 3 tbsp plain flour

Methods

  • Preheat oven to 200c (180c fan forced)
  • Boil the pasta (2 mins less than stated on the pack) and drain
  • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the plain flour. Cook for 1 min and gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  • Simmer for 5 mins, while whisking
  • Take thickened sauce off the heat and stir in 250g Grated Norco Natural Elbo style Cheese, the Norco Tasty Shredded cheddar and half of the Norco Shredded Parmesan
  • Stir the pasta into the sauce and season with salt and pepper
  • Transfer into a large ovenproof dish and spread remaining Norco Parmesan and cook for 20 mins until golden
