
Orazio D’Elia
Chef Orazio D’Elia grew up in Southern Italy and honed his cooking skills in Milan where he was able to cultivate his interest in cuisine from both sides of the country. His passion for Italian food shines, serving up traditional dishes that are found in multi-generational family homes. He has recently reopened Da Orazio and it’s accompanying Bar Orazietto in Bondi.
